Ahlibank re-launches its online e-learning portal

Ahlibank recently re-launched its online e-learning portal to its staff members. The portal serves as a self learning tool which employees can utilize from any location and provides them with over 400 courses covering different disciplines and job roles within the organization.
The E-learning platform offers Ahlibank staff 12 libraries of courses classified according to the subject they are interested in which includes, customer services, finance related courses & risk management courses to name a few. There is also an option of pre designed courses called "career tracks" a shorter version of certification courses which is a collection of 2-5 programs or modules that address several competencies related to a specific job role in the Bank.
The E-learning platform also offers Ahlibankers certification programs which are made up of 6-14 modules that address all competencies related to a job role at the bank. In addition the users also have the option of attending online seminars, video classrooms and an up to date library containing articles and books related to the banking industry.
Commenting on the E-learning platform Abdulaziz Al Balushi CEO of Ahlibank said: "In today's new economy, value is greatly enhanced by knowledge. It serves as an equalizer in terms of access and equity, provides quality courses at a click of a button."
