AIMS completes Meeting Rooms Management solution for Jumeirah at Etihad Towers

The installation featured SCALA software which is renowned for its flexibility allowing personalised, real-time messaging. Another feature which makes it attractive to the hospitality industry is that it easily connects to Delphi, the most widely-used hotel event booking system. As a result, hotel guests are able to quickly and easily understand the details and location of their event.

AIMS' technical team undertook this project which included installing digital signage software on 13 units of 32-inch wall-mounted screens outside the meeting rooms and in the nine elevators of the hotel, as well as fabricating 15 customised kiosks equipped with 42-inch screens for the corridors that connect the meeting rooms. The system picks up the booking information from the server and streams schedules on the digital signage screens. AIMS also provided the initial content for the digital signage network and conducted extensive training for the hotel technical staff to use and control the application.
