Al Ain Properties and DoubleTree by Hilton to open new hotel on Jumeirah Beach

Hilton Worldwide and Al Ain Hospitality Investments LLC, the hospitality business arm of Al Ain Properties LLC, have signed a management agreement to operate a new DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in the Jumeirah Beach Residence ("JBR") district of Dubai.

The new 110-suites DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Jumeirah Beach will be ideally located on the coastline at JBR, a 1.7 kilometre waterfront community with large numbers of cafes, restaurants and boutiques. The visually stunning 24-storey hotel, which is expected to open late 2013, is part of a larger dual-tower upscale development which also includes a residential complex.

Boasting stunning views of the Arabian Gulf, DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Jumeirah Beach offers a full range of guest amenities including a state-of-the-art business centre and ample meeting and conference facilities for the business community. The hotel will feature two restaurants, including a speciality option, a pool bar, lobby lounge and a late opening nightspot. Leisure facilities will include a dedicated fitness centre, private beach, outdoor swimming pool, four retail shops and easy access to one of the city's most vibrant and popular areas.
