Al Fahim Group implements employment strategy to take advantage of 'Absher' initiative to increase number of employed Emiratis

Al Fahim Group announces implementation of a special employment strategy in line with the initiative of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE to enhance the participation of UAE nationals in the labor market, "Absher" which will form the cornerstone of the UAE government's Emiratisation program.
Moreover, Al Fahim Group has reported its recruitment plan will include hiring 20 UAE nationals in 2013 and 80 UAE nationals in the coming 5 years across its diverse business members in its eagerness to support the efforts under the umbrella of the UAE President's initiative of providing suitable work opportunities.
His Excellency Saeed Abdul Jalil Al Fahim, Chairman of Al Fahim Group, stated, "Our efforts to attract Emiratis are not only driven by our corporate social responsibility as a local company, but also by our deep belief that raising the participation rate of UAE nationals in any organization structure will support its competitiveness, sustainability and stability." Mr. Al Fahim added, "It is our duty as a local company to strive towards providing a decent standard of living for UAE nationals and securing stable job opportunities guaranteeing a bright future for them increasing the rate of employment of Emiratis across all industries."
