Now firmly established as the prestigious annual gastronomic event in the Kingdom, this year's The Al Faisaliah Globe Summit will also be the biggest to date. Extended by popular demand from a five day event to an eight-day extravaganza of world class fine dining, the summit takes place from 12th to 19th February at Riyadh's leading luxury hotel, the Al Faisaliah Hotel, A Rosewood Hotel.

Hailing from Spain, France, India and Switzerland, the Grand Chefs will create menus that include the essence of their respective regions in signature dishes that have earned them international culinary frame.
Known in Spain for his innovation and harmony, award winning Chef Paco Morales will inspire discerning diners with his artistic approach to the finest Spanish dishes, using unconventional combinations of both rare and classic ingredients.
Frenchman Chef Jacques Sorci, now based in New York at The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel, brings his extensive experience and knowledge of the French cuisine to Riyadh. Amongst many accolades, Chef Jacques was honoured by the Academie Culinaire de France as one of France's most outstanding chefs.
Recognised as the first Indian Chef to be awarded a Michelin Star, of which he holds two in two different countries Chef Vineet Bhatia will be demonstrating his revolutionary Indian cuisine that has astonished and captivated the world.
Swiss Grand Chef André Jaeger will showcase his masterful fusion vision as he combines the most exotic flavours from the East with the West's most fashionable trends. Chef Jaeger was twice named Gault Millau Chef of the Year and is a member of Relais & Château, Grandes Tables du Monde and Traditions & Qualité, and President of Grandes Tables de Suisse.
