Al Fardan Exchange participates in the 15th National Career Exhibition in Sharjah

The exhibition is taking place at the Expo Centre in Sharjah from the 20th to 22nd of February, 2013. The event is organized by the Human Resources Development Committee in the banking and financial sector and the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies, in cooperation with the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Expo Centre. A number of governmental and private institutions will participate in the show.

Osama Al Rahma, General Manager, Al Fardan Exchange, said: "As we are very keen to support developmental growth and participate in the Emiratisation campaign as a main goal, Al Fardan Exchange is again pleased to be present in this exhibition, which is honored every year to invite His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah. This demonstrates the importance of this event in providing job opportunities to the young people of our homeland who are equipped with knowledge having recently graduated and are searching for an opportunity to take their place within society and the country."

Osama Al Rahma stressed that Al Fardan Exchange is keen to attract young people of the United Arab Emirates by participating in career exhibitions and opening the doors to hiring them throughout the year. "Al Fardan Exchange is keen to participate in annual career exhibitions held across the Emirates, which are organized by different national institutions and entities that play an important role in providing job opportunities to the nation's youth.

Such events give public and private companies, including ourselves, the opportunity to meet young graduates or high school graduates who are willing to work for our company. We are placing significant focus on the Emiratisation process and establishing programs to qualify young, new employees and prepare them to participate in achieving the vision of the company by carrying out its bespoke services with the same level of quality and excellence."

Al Rahma extended his gratitude to the organizers of the National Career Exhibition for their efforts, which have made this a highly anticipated annual event by the nation's youth as well as the nation's companies.
