Al Fardan Exchange participates in the 15th National Career Exhibition in Sharjah

Al Fardan Exchange announces its participation in the 15th edition of the National Career Exhibition, which focuses on opportunities within the government banking and financial sector.
Osama Al Rahma, General Manager, Al Fardan Exchange, said: "As we are very keen to support developmental growth and participate in the Emiratisation campaign as a main goal, Al Fardan Exchange is again pleased to be present in this exhibition, which is honored every year to invite His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah. This demonstrates the importance of this event in providing job opportunities to the young people of our homeland who are equipped with knowledge having recently graduated and are searching for an opportunity to take their place within society and the country."

It brings graduates from different fields, including finance, investment, banking, and insurance and finds them a place in government and private companies, which we are proud to be among. Osama Al Rahma stressed that Al Fardan Exchange is keen to attract young people of the United Arab Emirates by participating in career exhibitions and opening the doors to hiring them throughout the year. "Al Fardan Exchange is keen to participate in annual career exhibitions held across the Emirates, which are organized by different national institutions and entities that play an important role in providing job opportunities to the nation's youth.
Our commitment to The directives of the wise leadership of our Government to open the doors to all locals to work in the private sector and encourage them to get involved and have a strong presence in this vital sector.
Such events give public and private companies, including ourselves, the opportunity to meet young graduates or high school graduates who are willing to work for our company. We are placing significant focus on the Emiratisation process and establishing programs to qualify young, new employees and prepare them to participate in achieving the vision of the company by carrying out its bespoke services with the same level of quality and excellence."
Al Rahma extended his gratitude to the organizers of the National Career Exhibition for their efforts, which have made this a highly anticipated annual event by the nation's youth as well as the nation's companies. "Al Fardan Exchange has been and always will be keen to hire young Emirati men and women. Over the years through career shows, we have qualified new graduates and new comers to the job market newly appointed, to work with accounting programs and financial systems that we use in our transactions and in dealing with our clients and partners, which include companies and institutions inside and outside the UAE. We are looking forward, through the upcoming three-day exhibition at Expo Centre, Sharjah, to hire a new batch of young people willing to work and have the motivation to serve their homeland and society."
