Al Farooj opens two new outlets in Dubai

Al Farooj announced the launch of its two new outlets at Mall of the Emirates and Al Barsha Mall, Dubai, as part of its expansion plan across the UAE and Middle East region.

With the opening of new outlets, Al Farooj, a fast causal restaurant chain has reached to 38 outlets in total in UAE, Kuwait and Lebanon.
Saleh Abdullah Lootah, Chairman of Al Farooj Chain of Restaurants, commented: "We are glad that the new state of the art outlet in Mall of the Emirates has been well received by the local community. We witnessed consumer thronging to the eatery on first day of the opening that fulfilled the appetite for eatery that they like and is affordable."

He added: "We welcome our new franchisee at Al Barsha Mall. We promise to come up to their expectations of business growth with Al Farooj model. As a result of fixing the nuts-and-bolts of the Al Farooj brand to keep its legacy of high quality meals in line with international standards. We will keep ourself in-tuned to the changing needs of modern lifestyle". asserted Saleh Lootah.

Al Farooj closely works with its franchisees by preparing feasibility studies, potential site selection, break-even analysis, brand concept, design and drawings, outlet architectural and construction requirements, marketing support, staffing, training, product quality checks, favorite recipes from Al Farooj corporate commissary and the operating manual.

Ahmed Najeeb, a franchisee and Managing Director of newly opened Al Farooj Express at Al Barsha Mall, commented: "We are glad to partner with Al Farooj due to its successful restaurant business model. I believe the impressive popularity of Al Farooj shawerma range would be a good start to have leverage on our restaurant business to grow. Later, we will be working with Al Farooj to increase new product- line suited to the UAE consumer needs.

Mall of the Emirates, the world's first shopping resort, is located near famous Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. In addition to Al Farooj, the two-level shopping centre currently features 520 international brands along with the compelling family leisure and entertainment area. The mall also has a 500-seat capacity community theatre. Mall of the Emirates is owned by the Majid Al Futtaim Properties, the leading developer of shopping malls together with hotels and communities in the UAE.

Al Barsha Mall, owned by the Union Cooperative Society, lies in the Al Barsha second on a land area of 31051 sqm in the middle of a highly populated residential area. It is expected to serve several neighborhoods. Al Barsha area, a relatively new neighbourhood development in Dubai, is a collection of sub-communities of mainly Arabic people. It is close to Dubai's highly sophisticated communities such as the Dubai Internet City, Dubai Marina and the Palm Jumeirah.
