Al-Futtaim completes handover of Phase I of Cairo Festival City's Business Ville

Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE), the real estate development and operations arm of Al-Futtaim Group, has said phase one of the Business Ville in the Cairo Festival City has been completed and handed over to the contracted tenants. The second phase is scheduled to commence this year, which would introduce more than 50,000 sq m that will provide additional office areas to accommodate the increasing demand for Cairo Festival City, the developer said.
