Aldar to complete $1.5bn complex in Kazakhstan in 2016

The government of Kazakhstan has announced the Abu Dhabi Plaza Complex, which is developed by Aldar Properties, is to be ready by November 2016 in the capital Astana, Gulf News has reported. The Dhs5.5bn ($1.5bn) project will include 90,000 sq m of commercial space, 598 residential units in an 88-storey tower (382 metres), a retail space of 111,000 sq m and two hotels.
