Allen and Overy enters into exclusive Saudi association with Zeyad S. Khoshaim Law Firm

Allen & Overy announces that it is entering into an exclusive association in Saudi Arabia with Zeyad S. Khoshaim Law Firm. Zeyad joined Allen & Overy as a partner in August 2010.
Zeyad's office includes a team of veteran Saudi and internationally qualified lawyers that advise on a wide range of practice areas, including debt and equity capital markets, local and cross border M&A, corporate, projects, banking, and Islamic finance transactions, some of whom will be seconded by Allen & Overy.
Allen & Overy will also second banking partner Julian Johansen and corporate partner Johannes Bruski.
Commenting, managing partner of the associated Riyadh office Zeyad Khoshaim said, "I look forward to continuing my relationship with A&O and leveraging its broad international network to advise our clients on some of the most complex transactions undertaken in the market.
