Alpen Capital announces launch of operations in Saudi Arabia

Alpen Capital Saudi Arabia has been licensed by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) to conduct 'arranging' and 'advising' activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Alpen Capital will be establishing its first office in Saudi Arabia in the city of Riyadh.

Alpen Capital Saudi Arabia will provide conventional & Sharia based corporate finance advisory/arrangement services to listed and unlisted target clients including HNWI's and institutional and corporate clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

The company will also offer professional, personalized solutions to both national and international clients, adding value through its committed approach.

In addition, it shall provide opportunities for international and regional investors to invest in Saudi Arabia by seeking to develop and promote investment opportunities within the Kingdom.

Alpen Capital provides investment banking advisory solutions in the areas of M & A, Debt, Equity and Capital Markets. In the GCC, it has offices in UAE, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.

Alpen Capital has also established operations in India with offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata. It also provides in-depth research on GCC sectors covering growth trends, challenges and opportunities.
