- PRESS RELEASE
His Excellency Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization and chair of the Global Challenges Forum (Geneva) and WTO Panel of Experts (Geneva), is expected to announce the highly anticipated Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University (TAGIUNI) on November 14, at the World Innovative Summit for Education (WISE) in Doha, Qatar.
As a speaker at the Summit, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh will engage in the debate, "Education and Finance: Evaluating Innovative Models," with several other well-regarded individuals hailing from education, enterprise, economics, and journalism. In the debate, participants will discuss different approaches to mitigate the effects of declining resources for education.
As a proposed solution, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University aims to be a pivotal model to address this decline in resources while promoting a global knowledge society.
The expected official announcement of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University coincides with the start of registration for an MBA in International Business through TAGIUNI from Canisius College, the premier private university in Western New York. By registering for Canisius College's program through TAGIUNI, students will receive a 20% discount in tuition. Classes start in January 2013.
