A Jordanian national, bilingual in Arabic and English, Fadi earned a BA degree in Hotel Management from the Applied Science University in Amman, later teaching hotel and tourism subjects at the Zarqa National College and Al Khawarizmi College before joining the Amman West Hotel as Guest Service Agent.

After working for three years in Amman, he moved to Dubai to join the Dusit Thani Hotel where he took up a sales and marketing post with responsibility for developing government business, later becoming Night/Duty Manager in the Front Office department.
