Arabtec Holding, a leading construction company in MENA specializing in complex projects, announces the appointment of Mark Andrews, OBE, as Chief Operating Officer of Arabtec Holding.

Mr Andrews will join Arabtec Holding in May 2013 from Murray & Roberts Contractors (Middle East) LLC, where he was the Managing Director of the company's Middle East Operations.

Prior to returning to the Middle East in 2010, Mr Andrews was Chief Executive of NG Bailey Ltd, a large UK based contractor, for six years.
