Arabtec wins Dhs243m contract to build Dubai villas for Emaar

Arabtec has been awarded the contract for the construction and completion of 253 residential villas at the "Casa" project in the Arabian Ranches 2 development in Dubai. The Dhs243m project encompasses three and four-bedroom Moroccan-style luxury villas, and is expected to take up to 16 months to complete. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q2 2013. The Casa project will occupy an overall plot area of 132,000 m2, providing a total built area of 77,000 m2.
