Armani Hotel Dubai marks second year of participation in 'Taste of Dubai' with signature showcase

Featuring the authentic taste of Italy and flavours derived from the spice trail of India, Armani/Ristorante and Armani/Amal will feature tasting portions of its most prominent dishes, bringing its culinary expertise to Dubai's wider hospitality circuit.

The hotel's signature Italian restaurant, Armani/Ristorante will showcase Stracciatella, which is Burrata Heart with Eggplant Caponata, Tomato and Basil; Fregola with Crab, Shrimp, Carrot, Ginger, and Chives; Vitello Milanese, breaded Veal Tenderloin with Mashed Peas and Thyme Sauce; and its world-class Tiramisu, Espresso and Mascarpone Cream with a touch of 24-carat gold flakes.

Armani/Amal, Armani Hotel Dubai's renowned Indian restaurant, will feature Malabar Rattan, Seared Scallop with Mushroom and Curry Leaves; Bhatti da Murg, Chicken Thigh marinated with Cloves and Pepper; Lucknowi Tikki, Potato Cake with Punjabi Chickpeas and Chutneys; Goan Jhinga, Prawns simmered in a Coconut and Kokum Curry; and Aam ka Mitha, Passion and Mango Mousse Cake.

Chef Alessandro Salvatico of Armani/Ristorante and Chef Jitin Joshi of Armani/Amal will also be representing their respective restaurants in the Kenwood Cookery School, an interactive hands-on area where guests will have the opportunity to prep, cook, and sample recipes, giving them the opportunity to take home the Armani Hotel Dubai gastronomic experience.

On March 15, from 7pm to 7:40pm, Chef Jitin Joshi will dazzle audiences with secrets of Armani/Amal's successful dishes; while Chef Alessandro Salvatico will take visitors on a culinary journey of Italy on March 16, from 4pm to 4:40pm.

In addition to Armani/Ristorante and Armani/Amal, Armani Hotel Dubai is home to six gastronomic options, featuring signature tastes from the Mediterranean to Italy. This includes Armani/Hashi, the chic and urban setting of authentic Japanese, which boasts the infamous Armani/Hashi Friday Brunch and Armani/Mediterraneo, offering classic and contemporary dishes from the region. Armani/Peck offers the authentic Milanese-inspired delicatessen; and Armani/Lounge, located in the heart of the hotel, makes it the perfect place to meet and relax.
