ARRA inspects construction progress in 'Ajman One' project

The delegation which was received by the project's manager and site manager as well as a number of Aqaar's employees, was set up of ARRA's Executive Director, Yafea Al Faraj, Head of Engineering & Technical Section, engineer Nasreen Al Sawan and Head of Corporate Communication Section, Majid Al Marzooqi.

ARRA's team was briefed by "Ajman One" project manager on the construction progress in the project which seems to be in final completion phases.

With 3646 apartments, swimming pools, landscape and fitness centre, the flagship "Ajman One" project which consists of cluster of 12 towers is expected to be delivered in two phases during 2013. The first that comprises T-4 and T-12 towers will be delivered by the current month, while T-6 and T-8 by April 2013. The remaining towers are expected to be completed and handed over by year end.

The visit of ARRA's team who valued the construction progress in the project, aligns with its determination to conduct inspection visits to real estate projects being developed in Ajman to make sure that developers are committed to the completion schedule.

Commenting on the tour, Al Faraj said, "There is a tangible progress in the construction of "Ajman One" project. This underlines the developer's seriosity and commitment to deliver on time", ensuring that ARRA will provide every possible assistance to Aqaar and all developers who help boosting Ajman position as tourist, commercial and business destination and advancing the real estate sector's role in the Emirate by developing various real estate projects.

On his part, Rami Al Dabbas, Aqaar Chief Executive Officer who valued the delegation's visit said "Aqaar's commitment to the completion's schedule help enhance investors' confidence in Ajman real estate market and reflects the Company's financial capability and honouring of its contractual agreements. Al Dabbas confirmed the handover of two towers by end of this month and two others by end of April while the remaining 8 towers are expected to be completed by the end of 2013."

"Ajman One" is Aqaar's iconic freehold project. It is located in the heart of Ajman. The feature-rich project includes 0ne, two and three bedroom apartments as well as health centre, swimming pools and ample car parking.
