International law firm Ashurst celebrated the launch of its new association with Faisal Adnan Baassiri Law Firm, with a high profile event on Saturday 23 February at the British Consulate in Jeddah.
The new association reflects the ongoing investment Ashurst is making in the region and follows a number of significant instructions and high-profile recent successes for the firm in the Middle East.
The associated office is led by Faisal Adnan Baassiri, former head of legal at SEDCO, a large Saudi, Shari'ah-compliant wealth management company. Faisal is a general practice lawyer, with expertise in general corporate work, real estate and funds. As a Saudi national who has many years' experience within the Kingdom, and Jeddah specifically, Faisal can offer clients local expertise as well as a strong cultural awareness.
