General Automotive Company hosts Mitsubishi and FUSO customer meet in Nizwa

As a part of their continued customer relationship initiatives, General Automotive Company organised a client meet with the Mitsubishi and FUSO customers in Nizwa. The well attended programme saw a presence of over 200 guests including individual and fleet customers who own Mitsubishi and FUSO vehicles in addition to potential customers across various segments in Oman.

Mark Tomlinson, General Manager of General Automotive Company, said at the event, "In an industry as dynamic as the one in Oman, it is essential to ensure that there is always a perfect understanding of changes in the business environment. We believe that strong relationships are key to deriving success and we have hence put customers at the heart of everything we do. Meetings such as this convention in Nizwa are extremely constructive and help us stay closer to the grass-roots in our business."

On behalf of General Automotive Company, Mark also shared that they had received the highly prestigious Mitsubishi Motors Corporation annual award for excellent sales growth for the 2012 fiscal year.

General Automotive Company is the only dealer in the Middle East to have received this award, and it strengthens the stand of the company as a well-performing, customer conscious organisation.

"Such gatherings are the best opportunity for us to have discussions with our customers and to interact with them, so to come up with the best solutions of the needs of both sides. Also present at the event as a representative of the Japanese principals of Mitsubishi and FUSO, Mr Takeo Niki, said, "Over the years, we have worked very closely with General Automotive Company in Oman. It has been a constant endeavour to educate, engage and enrich customers in Oman through innovative initiatives."

He added, "This has been a very successful partnership and we intend to take a step forward, taking everyone in our stride with us - our customers, team members and anyone involved in making our stint a winning one."
