Revamp works comprise converting the existing avenue into a two lane road on each direction; in the part located between Sitra Health Centre to the North and the Roundabout located on the Avenue intersecting with Om Al Saad Avenue adjacent to the oil tanks at a length of 1010m to the south.
Works also include revamping Road 732 and Road 857 by converting them into 2 separate roads at a length of 0,48 km, in addition to leveling works, implementing a rainwater drainage network, installing a traffic signal on the intersection of Avenue 1 with Roads 732 and 857, lighting and painting works, signage and upgrading other facilities and services; electricity, water and telecommunication.
