Averda takes part in World Future Energy Summit through Center of Waste Management Abu Dhabi

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, the World Future Energy Summit, the world's foremost annual event dedicated to advancing future energy, energy efficiency and clean technologies, was held in Abu Dhabi with Averda, the largest environmental solutions provider in the region, taking an active part through the Center of Waste Management Abu Dhabi (CWM).
"Platforms like WFES provide an ideal opportunity to share our expertise and environmental solutions and connect with our industry peers, like-minded business partners, and community members alike. We are glad to have participated in the WFES through CWM, whom we have been working with towards its goal of making Abu Dhabi one of the top 5 cleanest cities in the world by 2030," said Malek Sukkar, CEO, Averda.
It has been over a year since Averda expanded its operations in Abu Dhabi by opening its 27,000 sq m Musaffah Operations Facility, the company's new base from which to better serve the community of Abu Dhabi, as part of the Lot 2 contract awarded to Averda by CWM.The Musaffah Operations Facility is the house for the entirety of Averda's Abu Dhabi fleet, and offers 24-hour operations.
Averda also caters for many attractions on Yas Island, such as Ferrari World, the Yas Marina Circuit, and concerts in the du Arena and du Forum.
