Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation organizes open meetings between beneficiaries and senior management

Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation (AMAF), has launched an initiative to increase interaction with its beneficiaries and develop a better understanding of their needs and requirements. Through a series of monthly open meetings between senior, management and Foundation beneficiaries, AMAF aims to raise the Foundation's customer service levels and contribute to faster, more effective communication channels, in turn helping build stronger relationships with beneficiaries.
His Excellency Tayeb Abdulrahman Al Rais, Secretary General of AMAF, said, "AMAF continuously works to enhance its performance and customer service in accordance with Dubai Government's strategy. The open meetings between beneficiaries and the Foundation's senior management come as part of the Foundation's efforts to increase interaction with its beneficiaries and provide effective and flexible communication channels. This allows both parties to directly identify obstacles and develop appropriate mechanisms to overcome them, enabling us to achieve our goals quickly and effectively."
Operating according to the guidelines of best practices in corporate governance, AMAF is considered the primary reference for endowments in Dubai and the authorized body for the welfare of minors.
The Foundation is reputed among the community, endowers and private institutions across the globe for its transparent operation that includes the issuance of periodic reports to endowers and guardians of minors. AMAF comprises a highly-qualified management and specialized human resources team, most of who are UAE nationals.
