Bahrain to install new electricity metres

Bahrain's electricity and water affairs minister Dr Abdulhussain Mirza has announced plans to install new electronic electricity metres in homes across the kingdom, Gulf Daily News has reported. The project will be undertaken by the Electricity and Water Authority in cooperation with an international company, the minister said, without providing further details.
