Bahrain Works Ministry to benefit from 'Association of Bahraini Engineering Offices' experiences

HE Engineer Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf, Minister of Works receives in his office at the Ministry Court Engineer Mazen Ahmed Al-Omran, Chairman of (Bahraini Engineering Offices Association) with accompanying members of the Association's Board of Directors.
The visit focused on the common interest between the ministry engineers and members of the Association encouraging for the exchange of experiences.
Part of the discussion was exploring possibilities of the Association contributing to the advancement of infrastructure in the Kingdom of Bahrain through several vital projects such as bridges and tunnels within the modern road networks and government buildings, ports, sewage systems and many related activities.
For his part, Engr. Al-Omran President of the Association praised the efforts made by the Ministry of Works in its determination towards modernization of infrastructure in the Kingdom in accordance with international standards and overcoming technical difficulties faced by these projects.
Following the directives of the Prime Minister His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Ministry of Works closely brings forward Bahraini companies to participate in the projects requiring their professional expertise.
HE Engineer Khalaf commend the Association President and its members for bringing Bahrain towards more efficiency and globally competitive. They also agreed to hold regular meetings between the Association of Bahraini Engineering offices and the Ministry of Works to continuously engage in common concerns to enrich coordination with all sectors of the ministry.
The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary Engineer Walid Al-Saie, Engineer Khalifa Al-Mansour, Engineer Raed Al-Salah, Engineer Ahmad Al-Khayyat, Engineer Maryam Al-Yahya, while the attendees from the Association side were Tarek Kamal (Vice President), Yahya Al-Sheikh (Secretary), Abdulhasan Al-Hayki (Assistant Secretary), Frey Kazaroni, Thamer Salahuddin and Shahraban Sharif (association members).
