Bank of America Merrill Lynch announces new leadership for MENA Corporate and Investment Banking

Bank of America Merrill Lynch has announced that Hakim Karoui and Wadih Boueiz have been appointed co-heads of Corporate and Investment Banking for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

Both Hakim and Wadih will report to Elif Bilgi, co-head of Emerging Markets (ex-Asia) Investment Banking, and Phil Southwell, President and Country Executive for the Middle East and North Africa region.

Wadih continues to lead the bank's MENA Sovereign Wealth Funds coverage. Hakim continues to lead Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Corporate Banking activities in the region.
