Most recently working at Union Bank, Amman, Jordan, he was a member of the senior management team there and held roles including Treasury, Financial Institution & Correspondent Banking, Foreign Exchange and Gold & Money Market Operations.
He has extensive experience in extending high quality fiduciary, investment management and private banking services to high net worth clientele.
Speaking on Hanna's appointment, Tony Mahoney, CEO BankDhofar, said, "Hanna's in-depth understanding of the banking market coupled with his strong product knowledge will help to significantly strengthen our Treasury and International services platform in Oman and the services that we offer to our customers. We welcome him to our team and we are extremely excited by the expertise he will bring."
Hanna holds an MBA in International Finance from the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy and University of Jordan as well as a BA in Business Administration from the American University Cairo, Egypt.
He will work to continue building BankDhofar's corporate banking business and to achieve its vision to be the best bank in the Gulf.
