BankDhofar announces the opening of its Maisarah Islamic banking branch in Azaiba in the coming weeks. The branch is in very advanced stages and its opening further cements its commitment to putting its customer's first, Oman's community and economic stability.
Utilising the most advanced technology to ensure Maisarah operates smoothly, they will offer a complete suite of Shari'ah compliant Islamic services that focus on Islamic principals.
The team has been busy undergoing extensive training on the product portfolio, which includes savings accounts, car loans and other facilities.
CEO BankDhofar, Tony Mahoney said, "We're really excited about the opening of our first of many Maisarah branches and we're on track to see it open in the coming weeks. It's a pretty electrifying time for BankDhofar and banking in Oman."
The new Maisarah branch will be located in Azaiba, the location has been chosen with customers in mind and is well placed to serve all Sharia-compliant services to priority, public and business customers. Further Maisarah branches are planned for Salalah and Sohar with the Sohar branch opening in April 2013. This will solidify the bank's presence of Maisarah in Oman's biggest cities.
