New Banquet Manager and Assistant Chief Engineer join Concorde Fujairah Hotel

Concorde Fujairah, a luxury accommodation in the heart of the city, announces the appointments of Mohsen Salem as Banquet Manager and Ranjan Athukorala as Assistant Chief Engineer, adding to the property's growing work force.

Salem has over 10 years of experience in F&B and as a Manager; he will be in charge of organizing and running various events and functions in the property. His areas of focus are improving the standard of banqueting and generating more business for the property. Salem takes pride in his good communication and creative skills, matched with keen attention to details, which are important in giving him a competitive advantage in hotel banqueting.

As Concorde Fujairah's Assistant Chief Engineer, Athukorala is responsible in ensuring that the engineering procedures are up to global standards. He is also tasked to prepare engineering operating cost, carry out preventive maintenance, supervise power and water consumption, manage engineering staff and keep the hotel building and facilities in good shape at all times. Athukorala has over 20 years of engineering experience, 12 of which are acquired from the hotel industry. He aims to make significant contributions to Concorde Fujairah Hotel's team through his expertise and extensive experience in various properties.
