- PRESS RELEASE
Bayut, your favourite Dubai property portal, has gotten a new address in Dubai Internet City. Bayut, which is widely recognized as one of the best websites in the real estate business, is now located in Dubai Internet City right amidst all the other mega businesses in the region.
The company has undergone restructuring and is investing to expand its operations further into the MENA region. The investment will bring more jobs to UAE at a very exciting time for the country.
Imran Ali Khan, CEO of Bayut, said: "When we founded Bayut in 2007, the real estate market suffered a downfall soon after. Despite competitors charging extortionate advertising rates, we decided to keep Bayut as a free service to support the struggling real estate sector. Of course, this meant that Bayut was going to be a non-profit company for years to come, however due to the trust instilled in the brokers, and our independent ownership has helped us in becoming one of the most widely recognized power players in the UAE real estate market."
"Following the launch of our premium products, we're thrilled with the growth we've enjoyed in 2012" - added Imran.
Bayut.com can now be accessed more easily with its new office in Dubai Internet City. The prestigious neighbourhood is a world class development that lures multi-billion dollar companies from around the globe. In addition to Bayut, DIC is also home to Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Yahoo, Oracle, Samsung, Siemens, and many other world renowned companies.
The move also places Bayut close to its media partners and has placed it ideally to grow further into the region.
