BBK contributes over BD47,000 to Bahraini community

In line with BBK's strategic initiatives for a brighter community and its monthly support to various entities, Mr. Abdulkarim Bucheery, Chief Executive-BBK and Mr. Reyadh Sater- BBK's General Manager- Shared Services Group-BBK, welcomed at the Bank's Headquarters, representatives from different societies to receive BBK's contributions for their requests submitted in February 2013.
The entities that have benefited from the BBK support totaling BD47,000 to fulfill their various initiatives are: Cerebral Palsy Friendship Society, Bahraini Association for intellectual Disability and Autism, Batelco Care Centre for Family Violence Cases, Bahrain Association for Parents and Friends of the Disabled, Bahrain Parents Care Home and The Bahrain Historical & Archaeological Society.
On this occasion, Mr. Abdulkarim Bucheery, BBK Chief Executive stressed on the keenness of the Bank to always support such entities given the significant role they play in the progress of the Kingdom.
As one of the major financial institutions in Bahrain, providing regular contributions to various humanitarian causes and societies throughout the years, BBK has supported entities including major clubs, charity funds and social initiatives. These initiatives are aimed at achieving the sole goal and vision of a brighter future and community in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
