Belhasa Engineering continues building Dubai

Belhasa Engineering and Contracting Company LLC (BECC) is currently working on 4 new projects in the city of Dubai.

"Starting up in 1977 with just one truck, one concrete mixer and twenty labourers, BECC has grown into one of the most prominent construction contractors in the UAE," said Eng. Majed Ahmed Belhasa, Director of BECC.

One of the new projects has been ordered by Juma Al Majid Abdullah. The consultant is Design & Architecture Bureau (DAR). The 9 storey building will include commercial and residential units. BECC has started the excavation process in Al Hamriya area, near Burjuman Center. About 18 months are necessary to complete the whole building; therefore the building will be handed over by January 2014.

Another project is for Easa Saleh Al Gurg. The consultant is Arif Bin Toak. BECC has started the construction process in Oud Metha area. The building will be delivered at the beginning of 2014.

Another project is built for RAM Limited in Al Jadaf area. The 28 storey tower includes commercial and residential units. BECC has already completed the whole structure.
The last project is handled on the behalf of Badri Real Estate. The consultant is Design Concept. The 16 story residential tower, built in Al Barsha area, will be ready by November 2013. BECC has already completed the Ground Floor.

Today, Belhasa Engineering and Contracting Company is one of the Dubai's largest contracting companies. Over the past decades, the firm has built several landmarks such as hotels, mosques, high rise towers, shopping malls, hospitals, industrial installations and Governmental buildings.

"BECC's strategy is to expand the company presence and develop unique projects in Dubai and the GCC," concluded Mr. Munjid Salih, BECC's General Manager.
