India’s Sheth Group, the real estate developer behind the Iris Blue and Iris Bay projects in Dubai, will be using the upcoming Cityscape exhibition as the scene for the official launch of the third development in the series, the Iris Amber.

The Iris Amber will be located at Culture Village, the $13.6bn development being established by Dubai Properties in the Jadaf area of the emirate, and will offer studio, one and two bedroom properties, with units going on sale immediately after launch.

Sheth’s first release in Dubai, launched in September 2005, was the Iris Blue, a 27 storey residential tower located in Dubai Marina, which is earmarked for completion by the end of the year. The Iris Bay, a half-moon shaped 40 storey office block, is currently taking shape at another Dubai Properties development, Business Bay. Sheth’s first two IRIS projects required an investment of more than $400m.
