It has been a busy year for Jordanian real estate developer and asset management firm Saraya. Work has continued at its various mixed use developments in Jordan, the UAE and Oman, while it has also launched two entirely new operations - Saraya Private Aviation, a jet chartering business, and Saraya Realty, which will offer property sales and leasing.

The firm will be one of Cityscape’s gold sponsors for the third straight year and it certainly lays considerable emphasis on the show as it will use the event to launch the sale of two districts at its Saraya Islands project in Ras Al Khaimah and will open sales for Saraya Bandar Jissah near Muscat.

Somewhat intriguingly, Saraya has also suggested it will use the platform of Cityscape to unveil further ‘destination projects’ which will be on a more global footing beyond the Mena region. We await developments.
