ship.jpgOne of the more interesting offerings that will be on display at Cityscape will not be a residential building, but rather a floating ship. The Four Seasons hotel chain has partnered with BV International Ocean Holdings to offer ocean residences aboard a 700+-foot long cruise ship that will be ready for launch in 2010.

The Four Seasons Ocean Residences will consist of 112 suites ranging in size from single storey, duplex and, if you really need to stretch out, triplex apartments and penthouses. The ship, which features four restaurants, a spa, helipad, putting greens, boutiques, and many other amenities for the well-heeled, will cruise from port to port across the globe, dropping anchor for 250 days a year on exotic locales from the Amazon to Antarctica.

Asteco, the strategic partner of Savills - the international sales agent for the project - is responsible for launching sales in the Middle East. Visitors at the Atesco stand will be able to view a state-of-the-art computer generated flythrough, showing how the residences and 48,600-tonne vessel will look once completed.
