The video screen nearby repeats images of the arcade surrounded by towers. Half of these plots already have their towers or they are u/c and it is quite clear that the arcade will be the latecomer. The urban view afforded by the glass top arcade will certainly be a highlight of the project as well as the Central Park effect of the garden covered arcade surrounded by towers.
