Sorouh’s Shams Abu Dhabi project on Al Reem Island. The first phase should be ready by 2009, with the whole project completed in 2011. It will occupy 1.32m square metres, 90 per cent of which will be residential. The completed complex should house 100,000 people.

Also on Reem Island is the 39 storey Dynasty Tower, for mixed residential and commercial use. It is due for completion in 2010.
