The Tadawul All Share Index closed 0.53 per cent higher at 9,106.55 points on Thursday, February 27. The shares of Dar-Alarkan Real Estate Development Company advanced by 0.42 per cent to SAR11.90. Earlier in the day, the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the bourse’s regulator, said in a filing to the Tadawul market that it has imposed a penalty of SAR100,000 ($27,000) on Dar-Alarkan for its violation of clause C of Article 45 of the Capital Market Law.
