Spanish hospitality firm, Melia Hotels International has said it is looking to enter Abu Dhabi in the next few years, The National has reported. The Madrid-listed company, which already has a 164-room property in Dubai, plans to expand in Dubai with a 137-room luxury hotel in the Downtown district next year. “This part of the world is among the most dynamic markets in the world,” said the chief executive of Melia Hotels International, Gabriel Escarrer. The company is also looking at Qatar and Saudi Arabia for new hotels, including one in Riyadh by 2016, he said.
