Blue Coat appoints Chris Moore as Head of Middle East Sales Team

Blue Coat Systems, Inc. a market and technology leader of Web security and WAN optimisation solutions, today announced the appointment of Chris Moore as the Regional Sales Director for its operations in the Middle East. The appointment comes at a time when Blue Coat is poised to expand its presence in the region.

"Chris has a deep understanding of the Middle East market and the enterprise security needs across the region. Chris Moore joins Blue Coat from Trend Micro where he was the Regional Director of Sales, Service and Marketing. He has more than 18 years of proven regional sales experience with multi-national companies such as Extreme Networks, Juniper Networks, Newbridge Networks/ Alcatel and Gandalf Digital Communications.
