BMGI participates in Process Excellence Week held at Abu Dhabi and Riyadh

BMGI, India the Key Knowledge partner for Process Excellence Week 2012, conducted at Riyadh, KSA on 3rd & 4th of Dec, 2012 and at Abu Dhabi, UAE on 10th & 11th Dec, 2012. BMGI, India presented the model for " Enabling Businesses to Outperform " with specific emphasis on the Energy & Utilities sector in Middle East & North Africa region with IQPC.
He illustrated various performance excellence models and emphasized on high impact models, like Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM (specifically for 24*7 plants).
Additionally he shared that Structured Innovation has been a new focus area for businesses who want to tackle the "product/process innovation challenge" for driving the next wave of growth.
The event at Riyadh saw a bevy of performance excellence practitioners from across industries such as Jotun Paints, Maersk, SABB, Hempel, STC, Zahid Tractor, Abunayyan Holding, KAUST, Kanoo Freight, Saudi Oger etc. The speakers shared their rich experiences and elaborated on several points mentioned by Chairperson.
The Abu Dhabi event attracted speakers and delegates from diversified industries such as du, Halliburton, Q-Tel, ADWEA, DEWA, Equate Petroleum, Rolls-Royce Energy, Maersk Oil Qatar, ENEC, Weir Oil & Gas, Dubai Customs, ADCO, HSBC Bank, Supreme Group etc.
The events acted as a cross industry platform for sharing and debating best practices in process excellence with potential takeaways for improving their organizational performance excellence roadmap.
