Body, Soul Health Club and Spa, Ajman celebrates 2nd anniversary of its existence by hosting Annual Junior Football League 2012

With a zest to promote fitness among the youth and to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of its existence, Body and Soul Health Club and Spa, Ajman hosted an Annual Junior Football League, 2012 from the 25th to 28th of December, 2012. The tournament was held in the newly constructed floodlight football grounds of Body and Soul Health Club and Spa, Ajman.

As many as 160 players comprising of 14 teams, representing six clubs from U.A.E. participated in the prestigious football league matches.

The teams that participated in the tournament were: Four teams from Egyptian Club-Ajman, two teams from Al Rams Club-Ras Al Khaimah, two teams from Falaj Al Moala Club-Umm Al Quwain, four teams from Al Hamriyah Club-Sharjah, one team from Al Mowhobin Club- Dubai and one team from Al Saweedi Club, Ajman.

The prestigious football league was held under three categories: the Under 10 years age group, Under 14 years age group and the Under 17 years age group.

Four teams vis-à-vis Egyptian Club-Ajman, Al Rams Club (A)-Ras Al Khaimah, Al Rams Club (B)-Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamriyah Club- Sharjah participated in the Under 10 years category. Al Rams Club (A), Al Rams Club (B) and Al Hamriyah Club emerged as the winner, runner and first runner up respectively.

Four teams vis-à-vis Egyptian Club (A), Egyptian Club (B), Al Hamriyah Club, Al Mowhobin Club participated in the Under 14 years category. Egyptian Club (A), Egyptian Club (B) and Al Mowhobin Club were placed in the winner, runner and first runner up respectively.

And six teams comprising of Fala Al Moala Club (A), Fala Al Moala Club (B), Al Saweedi Club, Egyptian Club, Al Mowhobin Club, and Al Hamriyah Club participated in the Under 17 years category. Fala Al Moala Club (A), Fala Al Moala Club (B), Al Saweedi Club emerged as winner, runner and first runner up respectively.

Before the conclusion of the prize distribution ceremony, the instructors of the Junior Active Kid Club from Body & Soul Health Club & Spa entertained the Chief Guests, players, coaches, administrative staff of the participating teams, parents and guests with special demonstration of exquisitely choreographed aerobic skills.

Chief Guests Mr. Abdul Hakeem Abdulla - General Secretary of Al Rams Club, Mr. Mohammed Ben Ghardaka, Assistant General Secretary of Al Rams Club, Mr. Saleh Al Hasan-Technical Secretary of Al Hamriyah Club and Mr. Ahmed Ben Ali Saeed Al Katbi - General Assistant Manager of Al Hamriyah Club presented the trophies and certificates to all the winners of the Second Annual Junior Football League, 2012.

As a gesture of appreciation for organizing one of the best football league matches in the region, Al Hamriyah Club rewarded the management of Body & Soul Health Club & Spa, Ajman with a special trophy.
