As the UAE continues to drive educational and career-orientated programmes, Commercial Bank International (CBI) makes efforts to facilitate the integration of UAE Nationals into the private sector. Through participating in Career Exhibitions 2013 in Sharjah, CBI marks its ongoing commitment to transfer banking and financial knowledge and experience to promising UAE Nationals.

Taking place on 20th-22nd February 2013, the recruitment exhibition is being held at Expo Centre Sharjah.

Held under the patronage of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, CBI will have the opportunity to meet and interact with the very best Emirati Job Seekers from across the country.

Kris Babicci, Chief Executive Officer, comments, "We take pride in developing the skills and knowledge of UAE Nationals. Through participating in the National Career Exhibition, we seek to find the finest UAE talent to join our Bank at a time of growth and positive change. While we conduct a successful graduate training programme, we also look forward to meeting mid-career Emiratis to discuss prospects with CBI."

CBI's commitment to Emiratisation is ongoing, with continued success amongst its National Development Programme (NDP) graduates. Having conducted NDP since 2005, many graduates continue to work on different levels across the spectrum of the Bank; a working example of CBI's career growth opportunities.

Head of Human Resources, Zainab Noureldini, notes that "Moving forward, we have a significant opportunity to build on our Emiratisation efforts; through continued work with NDP and a forefront presence at UAE career fairs."
