Dubai-based HR consultancy CCM Consultancy is the latest organisation to confirm its support for the upcoming 8th Annual Human Assets Expansion Summit MENA 2013.

Taking place at the Westin Dubai Mena Seyahi from May 21st to 23rd, the platform also includes the 5th MENA HR Excellence Awards, which will see the region's leading HR professionals and organisations gain recognition for their achievements during the past 12 months.

The entire three day platform is organised by French business information group Naseba.
In the Gulf alone, over 4.5 million nationals are expected to enter the workforce by 2015, according to a research by NCB Capital.

To accommodate new job seekers, organisations need to streamline their HR processes and ensure they hire and retain the best talent available.

"CCM Consultancy has continued to play a key role in supporting organisations develop their employees' talent and formulate customised solutions for their HR needs," emphasised Naseba CEO Sophie Le Ray.

"Through their affiliation with TACK International and TMI world, along with programmes such as Leadership Deep Dive, CCM Consultancy has a long history of promoting learning and development in the region. We appreciate their continued support for the summit and look forward to a productive three-day agenda," she added.

Edward Matti, Managing Partner at CCM Consultancy added, "We are honoured to sponsor the summit for the third time in a row. It is an excellent platform for organisations to come together and discuss new ideas and share best practices in the HR function. This year is especially exciting for us as we continue to expand our team and bring the power of 'appreciative inquiry' to the region, in addition to our standard offering of in-company and public interventions. We are looking forward to meeting old friends and making new connections through this platform."

This year's summit features 120 leading HR professionals and prominent speakers from companies including Etisalat, Tamkeen, Mubadala, TECOM Investments, Dubai Airports Company, the Talent Enterprise, and CCM Consultancy, among others.

The 5th MENA HR Excellence Awards take place on the evening of day two, with six awards up for grabs. Last year, Dubai Airports Company won the Employer of the Year award for the third year in a row.

Jill Nealon, Senior Vice President, HR&D at Dubai Airports Company, who's also speaking at this year's summit said, "HR development, talent management strategies and change management all are becoming more and more important, and particularly in the GCC region. I think Naseba is doing a superb job in promoting that by rewarding and recognising the people who show excellence in this field."
