Centamin reports 30% increase in Sukari gold production

Gold miner Centamin said it has produced more gold in Egypt than it previously forecast, Bloomberg has reported. Full-year gold output rose 30% to 262,958 ounces, beating its guidance of 250,000 ounces, the company said. It's "an impressive end to the year," Numis Securities said in a note. Still, "the cloud of political and corporate issues are likely to continue to dog the stock."
