The UAE President Cup for Endurance took place under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President's Representative and Chairman of the Emirates Heritage Club, from 22 - 27 January.
Engineer Hani Hosni, Head of EHS Sector at the Center of Waste Management - Abu Dhabi, said: "Center of Waste Management - Abu Dhabi and its team are always ready and eager to support Abu Dhabi's flagship national events and celebrations. Our participation in such events offers us a chance to showcase the emirate's technical and human capabilities."
The Center of Waste Management - Abu Dhabi is rolling out a series of initiatives across Abu Dhabi to raise public awareness about best practices and sustainable methods to reduce waste, and encourage the public to reuse and recycle all types wastes.
