CGC empowers Doha film fest vehicles with tracking system for second consecutive year

Consolidated Gulf Company (CGC), technology and engineering conglomerate, once again equipped the fleet of vehicles used during the Doha Tribeca Film Festival with tracking system. This is the second consecutive year that CGC offered its services to the annual cultural celebration organised by the Doha Film Institute (DFI).

CGC's provided automatic vehicle location system (AVLS) helped organise hassle free, safe and secure transportation of the attending guests and dignitaries.

The hi-tech system enabled DFI in locating its fleet of vehicles in real time, checking over-speeding and misuse, thus minimizing any risk to the stakeholders.

Through its round the clock technical and service assistance in tracking, monitoring and generating AVLS reports with full back up facility, CGC ensured smooth movements of the festival guests and officials during the event.

With AVLS-equipped vehicles, DFI managed to put in place full adherence to the pre-defined routes and destination and ensured timely arrival and departure of the delegates.

Anil Mahajan, COO, CGC, said, "We are proud to serve the DFI event for the second year in running. It reaffirms our capabilities and expertise to provide technological solutions as per personalized needs of our valued clients, besides reinforcing our commitment to deliver value for money, optimized services and total satisfaction in a given time frame. CGC's years of experience, trained skill sets and proven services have made us the preferred and trusted local technological partner."
