Chairman of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy receives Vice Chairman and new Secretary General

HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy (DSCE) received at his office HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Vice Chairman of the Supreme Council, accompanied by Ahmed Buti Al Muhairabi, the new Secretary General of the Supreme Council.

Al Muhairabi expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the confidence that HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, has in him by selecting him as a new Secretary General of the Council.

HH Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum wished the new Secretary General every success in his new job, stressing the importance of making every effort and commitment to work to achieve the vital objectives of the Council; as the authority responsible for securing electricity and water supplies in Dubai. The Council is also responsible for effective planning in the field of electricity and water, regulating the rights and duties of service providers, promoting the effective cost and quality of delivered services, and ensuring their sensible use; while emphasizing sustainable development.

HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Vice Chairman of the Council, stressed the importance of achieving the vision, mission and strategy of the Council stating that all support will be provided to the new Secretary General to effectively and properly perform the duties of the job.

Al Muhairabi expressed his full commitment and dedication to achieve the objectives of the Council stating that he will spare no efforts, work relentlessly and positively cooperate with all the members of the Council.
