As the Executive Chef, Neeraj is mandated with developing and executing the menus within all of the hotel's renowned restaurants and Banqueting, while also taking the lead in the flagship restaurant 'Nineteen'.
Prior to joining The Address Montgomerie Dubai, Neeraj worked as the Head Specialty Chef of The Address Dubai Marina, overlooking the hotel's culinary operations.
He earlier worked at the world famous Restaurant 'The Ivy' in London, the 5 star Maritim Hotel and Resort in Mauritius, and the Hyatt in India.
Neeraj has been trained professionally to Michelin Star standards in Fine Dining at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon; The Science of Food & Wine; and L'École du Foie Gras.
Winner of the 2010 International Black Box Dubai competition, Neeraj also holds a Certificate d'Aptitude Professionalle from the Hotel School of Mauritius, a diploma in Hotel Management from SHATEC/Singapore - IVTB/Mauritius, and Advanced Hygiene Management from the Royal Society of Public Health in the UK.
