CHI Hospitality, a group with extensive industry expertise and a diverse portfolio of F&B outlets across Dubai, announced that its all new bar and restaurant - Soho Bar and Grill - will open doors on February 7th, 2013 in Century Village.

This edgy New York style bar and eatery will be spread over an indoor and outdoor area that can seat up to 170 people.

Featuring an urban, stripped back design with industrial accents and a lively atmosphere, Soho Bar & Grill will offer high quality steaks, ribs, handmade burgers and bar bites coupled with an exciting range of beverages at very reasonable and competitive prices. Dining options will include from Beef Ribs and Wagyu Burgers to New York Cut Steaks and Prime Australian Wagyu Steaks.

"We are thrilled to be bringing something that is this fresh and forward thinking to the market place. We chose Century Village as the first location for Soho Grill because of its dynamic neighborhood comprising people who desire something uplifting, unique and varied," said Ara Nakhnikian, the CEO of CHI Hospitality.

Nakhnikian added, "With a number of successfully running outlets in the UAE under CHI Hospitality, we have drawn up plans to execute major expansion of our F&B offerings in 2013, introducing some unique world-class brands developed specifically for this market."

"Soho Bar & Grill offers the market an upbeat and current eating and drinking experience," noted Howard Johnson, the Operations Manager of CHI Hospitality. "The atmosphere gets even better once you try the tongue tingling bold flavours of our menu. Soho Bar & Grill is not just about food though, it's a forward-thinking lifestyle choice," he added.
