- PRESS RELEASE
Chrysalis Management Consultancy, a specialized company offering consulting, coaching and mentoring for business owners and CEOs, is launching a series of 10 Free 'Blast Your Bottlenecks Workshops' in Dubai starting from October through December 2012.
These are real-learning workshops with no hype and no sales pressure. Participants will achieve a sense of power and satisfaction when they walk out of the workshop, having mastered all the differences with an embedded competence of using the right tool for the right job, for maximum leverage, akin to using a versatile Swiss Army Knife.
Chrysalis was launched in Dubai in 1997, founded by Rajesh Nagjee, a qualified professional consultant, coach and mentor with over 25 years experience helping CEOs around the world from over 30 different types of industries. Rajesh has achieved extensive professional qualifications from institutions in the USA and UK and offers a unique multi-dimensional approach to consulting, mentoring and coaching.
"We work with dynamic, go-getting CEOs who want to learn how to quickly streamline their business and create powerful strategies to engage in the "Profit Game" as opposed to the "Survival Game".
As companies grow, dynamics change and become more complex and that requires CEOs to be flexible, open to change and able to promote and maintain high morale and team spirit," says Rajesh. "The point of these advanced leadership workshops is to equip CEOs with the powerful CEO's Swiss Army Knife to enable them to gain control over their businesses and increase productivity and profits."
Chrysalis will be running 10 free sessions in Dubai in the autumn of 2012 as a run-up to the launch of the 12 month "The Acceleration Program" which will commence in January 2013. The CEO Swiss Army Knife helps participants to master skills in the four key areas: people, strategy, execution and profit. CEOs learn to operate at a whole new level while reducing stress and achieving a sustainable work-life balance. They gain control of key relationships and develop them, create workable strategies, goals and road maps, execute efficiently and profitably, and gain control of key metrics that govern individual profit performance.
What makes The Acceleration Program different and distinctive is that it is completely results oriented. Rajesh's strong commitment to achieving results has been described by many of his clients as 'relentless'. The Program is based on models and processes which have been widely tested in over 20,000 companies worldwide and have proven extremely successful ensuring a tangible and significant outcome, as opposed to a flavour of the month, trial and error expedition. The Program deeply focuses on execution with both online and offline tools and indicators that will give continuous statistical measurements of results with focused, on-going support. Slowly, the CEO's capabilities get transformed to world-class levels.
Participants will walk away from The Acceleration Program having engaged in a deep-dive learning experience to grow profits rapidly. The program will leave CEOs firmly in the saddle, being able to 'act' as opposed to just 'know', just like being trained to 'cycle' versus being trained to 'talk about cycling'.
The 12-month 'The Acceleration Program' will commence in January 2013.
